According
to the St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children, about 25 percent
of all children in the country aged two to five suffer from a dental
disease. However, some cities like Philadelphia have it much worse:
approximately 80 percent of all kids of the same age group in North
Philly have untreated dental diseases, particularly tooth decay. One
contributor to this statistic is that some schools in the area have
either closed down or cut down on their staff, staff who could have
very well given them access to dental exams.

Deal with Tooth Decay with a Philly Dentist's Help
Philadelphia has a slew
of ice cream and pastry shops where you can have a dose of your
favorite stress-relieving desserts, especially after a bad day at
work or a fight with your boyfriend. However, this habit may not be a
good idea if you have a boyfriend who's always in an argumentative
mood or a female boss who's so demanding that it won't be a surprise
that she demands for your soul one of these days. Frequent trips to
these dessert places to have your sweet fill may result in tooth
decay.
